Joking titles aside. Does anyone seem to be mentally and physically wiped out post panic attacks?

I had my first PA in a long time yesterday - I knew what it was, which was some small comfort, but nearly had to run out of a Subway like a lunatic - not that that isn't commonplace in Boston :) Still, I had to sit in my car for a while before I got myself under enough control to get through the Red Sox traffic (thanks a lot Fenway!).

Today, I'm just pooped and woke up with anxiety - I could hardly walk my dog I was so DP'd and tired - does anyone else experience this after a big PA?

Yes this has definetly happened to me. Sometimes it can take days to get over all the tired/stress/etc feelings. Good luck to you.
