can some one tell me what the steps are, I lost my book and my tape player ate my tape. Please help.

1. Accept - float, do not fight
2. Permission - you know this is just anxiety
3. Breathe - inhale 2 sec., exhale 4 sec.
4. Inner Dialogue - positive, comforting
5. Distract - action, mental and physical for at least 15 minutes
6. Let time pass
