Every night it seems like the same time 11-11:30 Pm I wake up with my heart racing and i feel like i am taking a heart attack. Most nights i can just talk to myself but last night i was really worried. I don't know why they are starting back again. I was doing good for a while. I did go to a wake for my friend who passed which did bring on some anxiety...

Could be what you ate or drank before bed. If i drink more than 2 glasses of wine, i will always wake up with a pounding heart rate and thats pretty typical. Also if you ate large meal your body is metabololizing it - caffeine, sugar and choclocate will do it to. So watch your diet before bed.
BUT i have gotten racing heart in the middle of the night and felt sick like I was going to pass out - those are night panic attacks - just breath thru it. Easier said than done.
