Im in the middle of my 2nd session, and I really like hearing the group sessions on the tapes.Hearing that these people had the same problems I do, and now they can laugh about them, really gives me encouragement.I'm finding that I'm not to good at doing the relaxation tape 3 times a day, once is all I usually get in , but I feel great after I do it.How is every one else doing with session 2?

I am day 2 of Session 2 and i like it also. Not saying im alot better but i do see change and i do start to feel fianlly like im going to be okay.

I am in the middle of Session 2 as well and I love listening to the group sessions too. It gives me SO much hope to listen to these people who were going through the exact same thing I am going through...some of them even worse. Now they are enjoing life again. They have been successful with the program and if they can do it, I definitely can do it.

I'm not a big fan of the relaxation CD but I do make it a point to relax and do breathing exercises every day.

The feelings are still there...I'm still working through them, but I have a lot of faith in this program. We can do it!

Hi;
I am in the middle of the second session too. The same happens to me with the relaxation session. I can't stick to it so I am doing it only once, sometimes twice but that is not often. I really have hope in the program and in myself. I really want to change and that is what keeps me here but I've noticed that since I started the program I've been feeling worse. To be more specific, I had a spontaneous panic attack last night while sleeping, and I have not had one for months and months. But I will not stop with the program. I am liking it just like you.
