After getting past the panic atacks I have this anxious feeling all the time. It is enough to drive you crazy!!! I am told that it is the next step after getting over panic attacks but this symptom is hard to cope with cause it is ongoing. Can anyone relate or give advice? Thanks, Rosalie

I do not know if I am past the panic attacks, but I can sympathise with you about the constant low level feeling of anxiety. I find I am performing the breathing exercises every chance I get. I have read on other postings that breathing is the key to controlling the anxiousness. It seems to help. At least the anxious feeling do not develop into something stronger. I take some encouragement from your statement that this constant low intensity anxiety is a sign of improvement. I had not heard that before. Thanks.
