Tom, lesson 2 was a big breakthrough for me because the workbook told me the mechanics of a panic attack. If you are expecting EVERYTHING to go away this quickly, it dosen't work like that. It took us years to get like this, so it will take a few months to unlearn this bad thinking.
Hey, quit second-guessing yourself all the time (I been there too) and allow yourself some time to get better, DONT PUSH IT. The only thing you need to push is spending time in the program. Read and reread the workbook!! When you start feeling better, do NOT quit the program. Matter of fact it is better for us to go back through the program because we always miss something the first time through it.
Tom, we only benefit from the program when we spend time in it. Also determine that you are tired of this bad way of life and want better, then strive for the Happier and Better you!

Take care,
Rod

Tom,
You are on the right track, just keep at it. You are going to be fine; you just have spend some more time working on it. It takes both time and effort to get a handle on this condition but you can and will succeed.
In the meantime, get plenty of healthy exercise(2 hrs/day) and avoid caffeine and sugar.
Be easy on yourself in your words and thoughts. Give yourself a break and allow yourself enough time to grow and learn about this condition. That’s how you can continue developing the tools you need to cope. You are going to turn this around and be much happier, calmer and more relaxed. Just hang in there and keep working at it. It doesn't come all at once, however, you will begin see milestones in your recovery process as you go through the course. STAY with the course. God Bless and peace be with you.

I have the same problem. It is hard to believe it can ever change. Just reading the supportive posts that people have written is helping me too!!!
I hope that time and practice will change our negative. Feelings aren't always facts... good luck!!!!!!!!1
