I notice I am getting anxiety all the time. I have the heart palpitations that turns into full blown panic attacks then I don't feel good like a upset stomach, headaches, hot face, body aches and feelings of tiredness. I am not sure what to think. Then I get freaked out by how I feel and why I feel the way I do. Can anyone help? THANKS!!

First of all, you're not going to die. You are safe. The feelings won't hurt you no matter how awful they feel.

Do you have the program? If not, I highly recommend it so you can start your healing process with exercises and tools to use to help you along the way.

You want to stop your thoughts from continuing. Then calm breath and then shifting your attention to something you are doing in the present moment. ie: whistle, sing, go for a walk, notice the scenery around you, etc. Soothe yourself all the time. Always comfort you.

There is so much more you can do for yourself but this is a good start.

Rosalie, have you seen a doctor for your symptoms? If not, that is the first thing you should do.
