Do we have any mentors out there to coach us? I'm new and can use any help and support. ;) I hope the panic attacks go away. I always ask myself what bothering me, but am not sure how to get that answer. Anyone else having difficulties using the 6 step process for eliminating panic attacks? I wish everyone great success with this program!

I'm new to all of this too, but I find if I ask myself "what caused the panic attack?" a few hours or days later it is all much more clear. I know for me I get rather easily frustrated at several little things in the day. This then leads me into an attach! It took me a while to figure this all out. Perhaps just focus on a few of the steps instead of tackling it all at once. Unfortunately the more practice the better, but the more practice the more attacks. Stick with it because it soon will all fall into place. Hope this helps and good luck!!! You deserve it!
