Havefith21- Good luck on your journey. The next session (3) is a good one, and is the one that sets the intention for the rest of the program. I hope you will be journaling. It was immensely helpful to me, especially when I got to the later sessions on making changes. I went through the program over a year ago and it helped me make some very positive changes in my life. Again, - good luck to you!

Yes, I have been through the program three times. Granted, I was going through a divorce and a really rough patch at my job through all of that, which is why (I believe) it took a little extra effort for me. :) The program rocks!! It will make you challenge yourself, which is what I believe we all must do to find a more peaceful way of living. Good luck.

Thats great, you go so much out of the program, are you currently dealing with anxiety? Or are you just on here to help others?

I battled (social) anxiety for 25 years (I'm 37 now), and now it just doesn't bother me the way it did (to say the least). We ALL get anxious at times, and that's normal. I just have a VERY different attitude about it all now. I know now that the anxiety can't hurt me! And knowing that alone makes all the difference in the world. :)

Oh, and yes, I'm just here to help. :)
