Anyone find cutting the caffine difficult? I can buy the diet caff free pop and tea for the house but dining out is hard. I had my first diet caff free pop instead of my diet dew and had a headache by 11 am.

I must be done gradually... the first sign of withdrawl is a headache. Try healthier drinks as well to ease out of the "soft drinks". Water is a must!!!
