Does anyone have panic attacks cause they feel like they can't breath. I feel like i can't breath all the time and I have a spacey feeling that goes along with it. Can anyone help?

Dearest Rosaslie...This is just symptoms of panic and anxiety attacks...I promise you that you will NOT stop breathing...My very best friend does this all the time, and she has and WILL NOT stop breathing from a panic or anxiety attack....You are breathing...Believe me...Breathing is just something we do without realizing it..

That spacey feeling is NOT dangerous...It is our brain's way of protecting itself when it is in overload...I had that feeling for years, and I am still much alive, and I am far from crazy....

I suggest that you practice the deep-breathing exercises and use the relaxation tape to calm yourself down...Also, you need to use repetitive positive self-talk.....

If you own the program, then please use it...If you don't have it..Please get it...

I have just posted a thread on the agoraphobic forum on this site...It may help you to read it....
I told my story on there, and I pray that it helps you in some way....You will be fine...God Bless...
