When any of you have a panic attack does your head and mind ever feel numb? It does not turn into a full blown panic attack it sits there for a while. Need help!!

I think I know what your feeling. I felt like things weren't real or like I wasn't there. By numb I assume you get a bit dizzy not like you will faint but more fuzzy, especially when you move your head. I didn't panic much with mine but it used to make me quite anxious. Sometimes it would last hours to a entire day even. I have always thought that it was the same thing the program talks about, your mind protecting itself. Whatever it is it went away faster when I didn't obsess over it. As I went through the program and the less anxious I've become the less this numb feeling happens and if it does it has never lasted as long as it used to. Sorry I couldn't be more informative. Maybe knowing your not alone will help make you feel a little better. Good luck.
