I've been doing session 2 for a few days now, its a lot to take in. Lots of reading and listening! I was wonder how everyone else has been doing with it?

I'm trying to keep up with reading, listening, writing in my journal, relaxation, exercising everyday. Then keeping up with real life stuff, house wife, work, school... how do you all do it?!?!!!!??

I'm just afraid I'm not going to do my sessiosn right and end up not doing well in the program!

Any advice?

Hi BrennaP! I have just started the program as well and I also have been having trouble finding time to fit everything in. I figure working on the program as much as we can even if we don't complete all the tasks is better than not doing anything. I have been having success and am excited about the possibilities!

I am on session 3 and I too find some of the exercises time consuming. I have not journaled as much as we are supposed to, but I still seem to be feeling much better. I find that the breathing exercises help me immensly and replaying the lessons helps me to better absorb the material. I think that we just need to keep working at it. It is work, but I feel that I am making progress.

Hi I just started session 2, first day. I do the reading and the writing flows, but I have to admit once I start a session I did not keep up with all the cd audio sessionse. On week one I waited till the end of the week befor I listen to the cd again. I knew I had to do it again, before I moved to the next session. I am not the greatest at exercising. I been wanting to do so for a long time. But I never get to it. Hopefully I will do better this week. Ifeel like I get so anxious w/ doing it correctly then I don't do it and feel guilty about it.
"O God, you are my God. Earnestly I seek you;my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63

I am on week 2, and in the same boat. I listen to the CD, but I have practiced relaxation in 2 days, or exercised, or journaled. It has been a crazy week. But I am trying to stay with it.

I am also in the second week on Session 2 and I find myself listening to the tapes often including the relaxation tape, exercising (which I always did anyway)and I am lucky I never smoked or tried coffee so that's at least two things I don't have to quit. i do find sometimes when going through the assignments I get a little anxious but again my biggest problem is learning to relax myself and use positive dialogue. Even sometimes when I am replying to others I get a little anxious. So I gues this is all normal.
phil 3 this one thing I do forgetting what lies behind, I press On to what Christ has laid hold of for me.
