I just started the program and am wondering if I'm in the right place. I have had depression for years and have had a couple of panic attacks a long time ago, but the main thing is I've got constant low level anxiety.,usually level 3ish. It affects everything. I can't concentrate or focus. Even the most basic tasks like cleaning, writing checks, etc gives me anxiety and makes me want to rush through it or not do it. It causes huge problems in work, relationships, etc.

The only things I can do without that low level anxiety is to do brainless things like watch tv, internet ect. Is this type of anxiety treatable? And if so, through this program?

I think dealing with your anxiety/depression while it is low level instead of waiting for it to escalate is a very healthy decision.
