Last night my husband and I watched the session #2 video and both of us found ourselves anxious. I know it's ok to be that way, found it sorta amazing it was happening. My husband even backed it up to listen again to what it was that made him anxious. I think it caught his attention. I know it did mine. Tonight it's listen to the audio again (we start each week on Sunday).
I do find it difficult to get on line daily tho. I'm on the computer all day at work but I'll try to as often as I can. Need to encourage husband to post also.
So far so good!

Stay strong! Of course we are going to feel anxious, we are focusing on our fears. And that's scary. But we have got to keep our minds open to change and learning new skills. We should all be proud of ourselves for seeking help and ordering the program! Remember.. positive self-talk is key!
