I have a 16 year old son who suffers from depression. It started last summer when he got back from vacation in California. He complains of feeling spacey and sad all of the time. He has even had thoughts of suicide. Recently a good friend of ours committed suicide and this really shook him up. He responded by say "Dad, I don't won't that to be me."
So I bought the program but he has a very negative attitude about it. How can I get him to take the program seriously? His biggest comlaint is that he does't have time.
Any pointers?
Thanks,
Nathanie
