looking for some other teens and moms to help my granddaughter

I'm looking for some teens and moms to help my daughter and granddaughter. she has anxiety and is fifteen. she has a time making friends as she has had communication problems with ADHD and now the depression and anxiety @ 15 years. if someone says something negative to her it really upsets her. she needs some kids her age who have been successful at going thru this and will encourage her. thanks
