Hi Terry definitely restart the program. The tools you learn from the program are invaulable. My therapist felt the program was worthwhile. I have been in therapy for 4 yrs and went through the program last year with a coach. It really helped.

What you feel is so common. By not letting it get the best of you....you are staying on top and not allowing the anxiety to win. By giving in and leaving would only encourage those feelings to come back stronger the next time.
