ISOLATION

One day I went to the toilet and my urine was bright red. I thought for sure I had something seriously wrong with me. Luckily my mum was onto it when I rang her and said "Mum, this is it. I must be dying." She said "Have you eaten any beetroot today?" And I had. She is such a good mum.

Thank you for your post. Sorry can't help with your questions but just wanted to say that your story inspired me. You are so brave. (I am coming off painkillers at present, voluntarily. I want to get my life back.)

I am terrified to go out on my own. I waste so much time worrying about how I am going to get to an appointment and often end up cancelling them. I only go to the local shops and to the doctor. That's it. What a life?!!
