Stress Center Peer Support

I have the program but can't seem motivated to listed to the tapes and do the workbook. I need help in this area

I got the program in March. I have listened to tapes 1 and 2 and 3 and watch the coaching video dvds, at least once a week. I suffer from chronic depression and what is suggested in tape 3 and the coaching video for week 3 have helped me immensely. The suggestion of writing down your negative though...
