That is a good point. My fear these days surrounds if I'm mentally "normal" and being that I've always heard people that think they're crazy are never crazy, I'm afraid to just accept that I'm not and believe it, for fear then I'll REALLY go off the deep end.

Personally, I think that this whole diet thing is overblown. I prefer to use a common sense approach which incorporates 5-10 servings of veggies and fruit a day.

Too much of any one thing is not a good idea. Combining a little of this with a little of that is a good approach.
