Topic: What age group are you in? Interesting to know what ages seem to have more anxiety.

Hi there, I'm a 37 year old stay-at-home mother of 3 and I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. I've had anxiety since I was a young teenager, but I had a terrible panic attack in January of this year. I bought the program in February and am on lesson 3.
