Stress Center Peer Support

I've dealt with depression and anxiety my whole life. I'm now 53 and getting help in a different way. Negative, oh boy yes always have been and working on that too. It's not easy to stop a habit you've had your entire life, but it feels good to be heading in the right direction

I have no idea what to do to be involved in the program with others on this site. I have been listening for 4 weeks. today was my last day for Session 4 and will start Session 5 tomorrow.
