hello i went through the same thing youre going through two years ago when i was 16. i know those thoughts are scary and they seem totally real but there not. like others already said it is just ocd and it can be treated with your doctor and this program. remember to breathe when you start to panic....

im gay and have accepted myself for it but i get scared when i doubt myself that im not. its the worst feeling but i keep reassuring myself that im gay. its what i want to be and i dont wanna change but that fear and those thoughts are still there. has anyone overcome this?
