If you've been checked for physical problems, then it's 99% for sure your anxiety/depression.

last night I also almost feel asleep!!! I think it could be bcuz we feel comforable listening to theses people and what they are going through??? I know I did!!

I'm also on lesson 1 and I did sometimes sleep through the relaxation tape, I didn't sleep through lesson 1 though, having a hard time with moving to a new place and trying to get that ready and also getting out of the house.I feel too depressed in the house to just stay house some days.
