Thanks for the uplifting comments, My wife said she already notices changes in me and I am hoping it will also carry into my work also. For me just understanding the causes of anxiety really opened my eyes and gave me a great peace of mind.

I am new to the program and this is the worst situation for my anxiety at my job. Does anyone else struggle with this? I was wanting some in sight. I worry for months before it even happens. I am hoping this program can help me with this
