Re: If you could help..

Do you have the program here? Someone once mentioned that it may be available on e-bay for less cost. It may be worthwhile for you to explore that possibility. Wishing you the best. It can be purchased on Ebay for less than $100 and on up. If you want the CD version (as opposed to the VHS version) ...

Re: I don't know where I'm supposed to start on here???

On the index page scroll down to the third heading (Combatting Stress and Depression Program Program. Then go the proper session. Do not go to the sections beyond this. They are old messages catalogued by month. Some of the session boards are pretty inactive. At the top of the index, the first board...

Re: Is this program still alive?

Well Tuesday was a relatively bad day, but today is a good day! Having a good day is a real incentive to keep trying to improve. And it is a reinforcement to the fact that all the physical symptoms are literally "in your mind". It's hard to believe that it's all in your mind, but I guess that's why ...

Re: Is this program still alive?

Hi angxt, Loved your story and I'm so glad you are doing better. I was just wondering, since you said you had to deal with hurricane Irene, do you by any change live in North Carolina? I am in New Jersey! We got Irene, then Lee. Then at the end of October, we got a freak snow storm that knocked out...

Re: Is this program still alive?

Yesterday was a pretty good day. No anxiety even while in the dental chair!! I have been on Ativan for over a month. Stared on 1 to 2 a day. I tapered down to 1, then 1/2. The past two weeks, I've had a few "drug-free" days, and currently only use 1/2 or 1/4 when needed. No Ativan yesterday.

Re: Following the Program to Perfection

One thing I do recommend that the program strongly encourages is to start exercising. I have noticed a lift in my mood once I started doing some cardiovascular exercise. I am a registered nurse and also work with a cardiologist, he was absolutely right. CARDIO EXERCISE WILL INCREASE YOUR NATURAL EN...

Re: Is this program still alive?

I agree that the set-up is not the greatest - too many boards, too many topics. It can be difficult even to find a board you have posted to. Write down the name of this topic in the first board (General etc). Then we can always find it. If we who are viewing here now, continue to visit, and more imp...

Re: Is this program still alive?

If everyone just reads the posts and doesn't reply, the boards won't be active! I have never posted or replied before, so I am as guilty as anyone else. I have completed the second session of the program and feel I've been helped at least a little. I am probably a bit atypical of people on these for...
