I have developed a dangerous cycle and i am staring to become afraid
and i need to jump out.
I have social anxiety and i use alcohol to self medicate.
it makes me feel in control for the time being and my worries drift away.
The next day i feel so terrible! guilty because i drank again and now i am ...

YES! i also have Ocd, social phobia, depression, and i have an alcohol issue as well
don't feel as if you're alone because you're not.
I have begun to take it one thing at a time, i Have been able to join AA meetings and to my surprise

I have a fear that i am going to lose my personality.
I used to be really fun and bubbly and happy the majority of the time, within the past few months I just completely plummeted and this thought is always there!.... i get really anxious in social situations, and i observe other people all the time ...
