Re: Does anyone else get mini panic attacks when listening..
You may be putting too much stress on yourself trying to "get it all done". Take a deep breath and relax. Use some of the techniques it suggests that work for you. A couple of the things that work for me is "it will go away... it will go away" breathe, breathe - "it's only a panic attack - I will ...

I also got those feelings about the same time you guys did. (I'm in the 4th session but just a little further behind than scheduled but am using the tools everyday so I feel like I'm further ahead - hope you can make sense of that! :)) They do get less severe so take heart! it's all part of the ...

Re: All That Workbook Homework!!
Good for you Suzie! Keep up the good work at your own pace. I think that's what relieves a lot of stress just from this program is by doing it at the pace you are comfortable with. You are proof of this! (me too)

Re: All That Workbook Homework!!
Susie,
That's kind of how I feel also. It's so overwhelming it puts me into a panic. I've been going at my own pace also. I just don't have the time to listen to the relaxation tape 3 times a days, write down all the times I have a panic attack (I'd be writing constantly), keep a journal, etc., etc ...

All That Workbook Homework!!
It seems like there is a lot of what I call "homework" everyday. Keeping a notebook for this or that, logging in thoughts, writing in the journal, listening to the relaxation tape 3 times a day... etc. I'd like to know if someone has successfully gone through the program and not done everything it ...

Does anyone else get mini panic attacks when listening...
to a Session or going through the workbook? I almost want to not do it because it brings on these attacks. Is this normal? Does anyone else suffer this?

Samantha,
Read the first topic in this category named Mind and Body symptoms due to anxiety and panic. Check it out!

It lists all symptons you can imagine. Plus CD2 gives some good examples from the group on what they felt. I'm new to this (just started Session/CD2) but my symptons ...

Tina,
Thank you for that info - I had actually already read it and it's very inspiring and encouraging. I see you post often. Thank you for your support.
Off the subject, if you don't mind, I wanted to respond to your message and the only way I found to do it was to hit the "Quote" key. Your ...

R,
No problem answering your questions. Yes, I eat healthy. I am a larengectomy patient with cancer and get 90% of my nutrition through a feeding tube in my stomach (PEG tube). I'm sure you've heard of Ensure Plus. Anyway, that and other liquid supplements give me good nutrition - not very exciting ...

Hello all,
I'm a new member and want this to work so badly. I've had panic attacks/depression about 80% to 90% of the day for the last 2 or 3 weeks. This program came in day before yesterday and I'm being faithful in doing what it says with the exception of journaling because with A & D 80 to 90% of ...
