Thanks. Yeah i'm on day three of the first week because I am starting over again. Its hard following the 6 steps though when you've gotten used to thinking so negatively ALL THE TIME like i do. Thanks for the advice though! I greatly appreciate it and I will keep practicing my 6 steps!
