Does anyone get anxiety attacks when reading material you are not interested or comfortable with? I get anxiety attacks when I have to read technical stuff for work whihc I am not that familiar with or with any books I am not interested in.
Thoughts or suggestions welcomed.

Does anyone get extremly tired and sleepy during an anxiety attack? I get this way when ever I don't want to be somewhere.
