not weird at all.. i understand. its kinda like your worried that if you change the way you are you won't really be you anymore right? but i just think i'll be a better version of myself. i'm still me and thats not gonna change... i'll just be a more positive me. does that help at all?

change your breathing! and it could be that you just quit and are having withdrawls. changing habits can be stressful. just remind yourself that you are going to be better off for it in the long run. tell yourself your ok. nothing bad is happening.your just anxious and itll pass. venting can help a ...

first you need to take a deep breath :) you can do it! just follow the program. one thing i find that helps me is to stop what I'm doing for just a min and i have to change my breathing. once i do that i can finish what i'm doing. another thing that helps me is to tell myself that the thoughts i hav...

try the breathing techniques and listen to the relaxation session.
