Re: celexa

This reply is kinda late, but I think I have an answer. My doctor told me it takes 2 weeks to "be effective" and 6 weeks to be fully in your system. I've also been on it for 10 days now so I, like you, am just waiting. Hope you are doing well.

Re: Feeling like a failure :(

One other thing I meant to say (even though I think I implied it) is that I'm terrified of completely ruining my relationships with people. If my boyfriend breaks up with me, it will be my own fault and that scares me. So why isn't my fear enough to make me change? Why do I keep reverting back to th...

Feeling like a failure :(

I know how negative the subject of this post is... it's just been a really bad couple of weeks. I was SO gung-ho when I first started the the program program. Slowly but surely, though, I feel like it's like everything else I try -- it works for awhile and then things get bad and I feel hopeless. He...

**Info on Celexa PLEASE!!**

Hey all, I was on Zoloft for several months and it didn't seem to be doing much for me -- other than making me a little shaky and sick to my stomach :? I just started seeing a new doctor, and when I told him the Zoloft wasn't working very well, he switched me over to Celexa. He told me Celexa works ...

Re: Celexa/rapid heartbeat

I'm sorry that's happening to you! My doctor put me on Celexa (switched from Zoloft) about a week ago and I haven't noticed a rapid heart rate or other extreme symptoms, so maybe you should talk to your doctor. Then again, I've only been on it for a week...I'll let you know if I start getting weird ...

GRRRRRR ...second guessing :(

So, I just listened to Session 2 today and there were so many things I could relate to. And yet, so many things I was like "what?? that doesn't happen to me!" I'm one of the people that claims I don't get panic attacks -- I prefer to call mine 'anxious episodes' because I never really feel completel...

Is this a panic attack???

So... I know I have anxiety but I thought I'd never had an actual full blown panic attack. Until today. And I'm still not sure. Earlier today something affected me, got my anxiety all fired up and I seemed to be very aware of my symptoms - I was shaking (not violently but enough that I tried to writ...

Sick of being SICK!

Hey everyone, So I'm brand new to the program - just listened to Session 1 earlier today. Combatting Stress and Depression Program is kind of a last resort for me... I wouldn't say I'm severely anxiety-ridden or depressed. I kind of just let my emotions control me too much, instead of the other way ...

Question about the workbook!!!

Hello all! I am just starting Combatting Stress and Depression Program. So far, so good - listened to session 1 earlier today. I know the program is kind of "go at your own pace" but is it recommended to go through the session's corresponding lesson in the workbook right after listening to Session 1...
