Stress Center Peer Support

I am dealing with the same thing only I am also suffering from lots of pressures in my head it almost feels numb and I get dizzy and I feel like like all day evaryday I had a cat scan it came back fine they say its my anxiety and stress

I have been dealing with anxiety and panick attacks for a while now and I am scared to take medication. Although recently I have been testing different medications I was working two jobs and going to school and can no longer do either because of the feelings in my head
