I too work from home and I am having trouble disciplining myself to set a schedule, have had this problem for about 5 years. I work whenever I feel like it mostly. I totally understand! I thought being at home, in my "safe place," would make things better, but I feel like it makes me feel more isola...

I just started the program and I can totally relate to what you are talking about. I have isolated myself by working from home for the past 5 years. I just keep digging a bigger and bigger hole for myself because I don't know where I fit into this world being as sensitive and self-conscious as I am....

I too am skeptical, but this is mainly because I was raised in a cesspool of negativity. My dad would tell me this is just another scam that prays on the weak, because it was on an infomercial. I question the high cost, but I am trying to justify it by cutting back on counseling. I pay $50 per month...

Deepak Chopra Book
"Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul: How to Create a New You" is a great book. Although I listened to it on audio, I had to order the actual book in order to highlight certain passages that really spoke to me. This book gets you at a deeper and more spiritual level. I think it is wonderful....

I have always this issue too, but it is less of an anxiety issue for me now. I just feel more comfortable talking to someone side by side and not face to face. My mind gets distracted when I keep telling myself I must look this person in the eye and then wondering when to look away because I don't w...
