Having trouble with breathing! Normal?

I have been having problems with breathing. Its like Im fine one second and then I feel like I am not breathing right. I feel anxiety 24/7. Im also a little worried that xanax is making it worse. Has anyone ever delt with this? Any advice? How do you be concious and unconcious about breathing patter...

Feeling lazy is normal...and totally ok untill it holds you back from the fun things in life. You may want to look the question of why you are lazy. Could it be a symptom of depression??? Most likey! :)

Chris, I think you should call your pastor and just explain to him what you are dealing with and try to work it out that way. Most of the time church is there to help. Im sure your Pastor would you help you out with this.

Does anyone who has heart palpitations take those vitamins? I also take xanax, would that interfere with them? My doc prescribed me prozac, i really dont want to take it.

Hi! The iced tea thing is rough i know. I LOVE IT! Since most places do not serve decaf iced tea, I usually order a decaf hot tea and a large glass of ice when I go out. Poor a small amt of sugar in the hot tea and then poor hot tea in ice. Works for me! Good luck! <3
