this is the hardest thing ive ever had to do

i just went through this all last weak i went to a wedding yesturday and normally i dont take my xanex but i broke down and took one yesturday and i felt better so just take it its never as bad as u think it is

well im perscribed xanex and anti depresents but i try not to take them but as far as the good day meds there just herbs no worries there

i think its the worst feeling in the world i feel like im going out of my own head kinda like i living in a day dream is there anyone who has past this feeling and how

i think its a lil dif. for everyone my first sign is my feet tingle for a sec. kinda like they felll asleep instantly then my hands get sweaty then i get hot cold flashes heart pulpations shortness of breath then tunnle vision thats when i pass out feels like a heart attack only it happens more often
