Thanks for the responses. Sometimes it's easier to be alone than to be with people who don't "get you". And when you're alone you tend to be more open to communication with others...even if it's just listening and offering encouragement. Where does lorazapam fit in with these? I used to abuse it a little until my driving suffered (yeah I took out some mail boxes too) but now just take 1mg before bed and occasionally 1 mg if I get myself worked up. It too makes me tired, so I really don't like to take it before 2:00 pm
