Hello all, I got into week three and stalled and didn't finish the week. I don't know why maybe it was the hustle and bustle of the holidays and moving at the same time. Anyone find cutting the caffine difficult? I can buy the diet caff free pop and tea for the house but dining out is hard. I had my first diet caff free pop instead of my diet dew and had a headache by 11 am.

The Battlefield of the Mind by Joyce Meyer....from a Christian perspective. Great read for believers and non believers.

The New Mood Therapy by David Burns....only skimmed thru it so far. Seems to be a great book.
