Stress Center Peer Support

it's weird to me because i don't have a problem driving when someone's with me it's when i'm driving alone i start to feel anxious and shortness of breath hey but i'm taking it one day at a time .....any suggestion or personal success stories that may be of some help to me

yes i also have a problem driving alone or on the freeway but iv'e been following the program and i have been driving myself to work for three week's straight yay :) that's a huge accomplishment for me i haven't drove alone in about a year. next stop the freeway i'm proud of myself i still need help...
