Stress Center Peer Support

Hey Worry guy , I feel your pain ! I worry constantly about things coming up and it is totally exhausting. I hope to find relief from worry and anticipatory anxiety from the course. And I'd love to hear from other how they have learned to deal with worry and anticipating bad things . HELP ! pjs

Hey King Peace , Hope your doing better and I really don't think a potential employer could find you here , and really I don't think they would care to. Most companies have more important thing to do and they are worried about the bottom linr...good luck !
