Does anyone have a song that helps them when they are feeling down??? Music always helps me feel better and I am looking for some new songs that could help

Lately I have been getting these weird tingly feelings in my back and sometimes on my head when I feel anxious. Does anyone get this???

Also does anyone start to feel warm when feeling anxious or stressed??

Sometimes I start to have trouble breathing. I know that it is just because of my anxiety but I have a hard time believing myself when I tell myself that it is just my anxiety. Does anyone else have problems with their breathing when feeling anxious?? Also do you have any tips or suggestions??
