Help please, i'm done!

Guys, I could really use someone to tell me i'm not dying right now. I know that sounds so stupid, I just woke up from a nap, i was late on my meds, and i feel like something is stuck in my throat, i feel like my body has no real feeling right now, like i'm floating in another universe, I don't even...

Re: Christianity

Yeah, I noticed that too. There is such a thing as magical thinking when pertaining to someone thinking something bad is going to happen if i do this, or that God must be punishing me. Those are not so, you are convincing yourself of such things when in reality God loves us so very much and only wan...

Re: Unsupportive Spouse

I went through this also. At first my husband thought I was lieing and making up excuses because i didn't want to do things. Soo not true. What really helped me was to bring him with me to my therapist and have her explain to him what was going on. That it wasn't just in my head, that it is an actua...

Re: Feeling symptoms...ALWAYS.

You are not alone. I feel like I must be the only person in the world who has to talk to herself just to get through something stupid like going outside when it's hot out. The shortness of breath and concentrating on my breathing is the hardest thing for me personally. Don't lose hope. It will get b...

Re: spacy feeling

Yes, I have experienced this and it's finally going away. It's the most terrifying feeling, for me at least I felt like I must be losing my mind. It will go away, try to tell yourself it's just the anxiety, and it's okay. It's okay for me to feel out of it or spacey right now, it's going to pass and...

Re: Summer breathing, help please!

Thanks so much guys. I guess I'm afraid that it's that I have ashthma or that something is wrong with my lungs. I know deep inside that it has to be the anxiety, that was how all of this started, my first attack was cuz i felt like i couldn't breathe! I have no insurance right now so seeing the doct...

Summer breathing, help please!

So I was doing great till all the sudden it got hot out. My biggest fear is not being able to breathe and I'm convinced I have asthma and that hot weather and humidity means I won't be able to breathe so I go through the whole day thinking of my breathing. Freaking out!! Will all summer be like this!?

Can't seem to motivate myself to stick to the program

Hi everyone. I haven't really been on here a whole lot yet. When I first got the program i was all pumped up and i started in right away, and honestly, it helped, a lot, but here i am like two months later not even done with session two. I'm finding it hard to stay commited to all of the outlined e...

Re: calling off work

Hi there, Yes I can totally relate. I actually lost my position due to the anxiety in February. It became too hard to go in and deal with this while trying to take on work responsibilities at the same time. I wish I would have known about all the help that was available then so I could work through ...
