I don't drink sodas because I have never been a soda
drinker. Today I DID drink some iced tea.

Re: Excessive Weight loss
I have found another reason for excessive weight loss.....
Ulcerative Colitis. I have had Ulcerative Colitis for 17 years
but was not diagnosed until 2006. Back in 2006 I HAD lost
60 pounds due to mental health issues alone.
But the past three months I have been extremely
CONSTIPATED instead of ...

Re: Is anyone out there unemployed.......
It has been a couple of years since I posted here.
In 2012 I had no health insurance and my Unemployment
Benefits expired. I had to stop taking my psychiatric
medications because I could no longer afford them.
My sister was supporting me financially for about 9 months.

Re: hypothyroidism causes depression, chronic pain, IBS, car
My doctor raised my dose of my thyroid medication
just recently. Recently I had a thyroid ultrasound.
The ultrasound showed that one of my three thyroid
nodules was growing. I had to have a needle biopsy
of that growing thyroid to get cells from that thyroid
nodule. The tests came back ...

Mark: I know that your post was in May and it is July now, but I thought I would write anyhow.
I was just thinking about this. Do you have physical disabilities that could add to your depression ?
Sometimes physical health issues go hand-in-hand with mental health issues. One seems to lead to ...

Re: anyone else having a hard time finding sugar free items?
There is a documentary that just came out called "Fed Up".
I have not had a chance to see the documentary yet, but I have
heard some information about it on the Internet.
They say that 80% of the food sold in the grocery store has sugar ADDED to it.
I tried the "Fed Up" challenge in May and it was ...
