I been on so many meds for my panic and anxiety and nothing helping me. i feel hopeless i just got the good days vitamins but im kinda scared to take them. can anyone help? :roll:

I bought the good day vitamins and im really scared to take them(help plz) ive been on like 8 diffrent meds and they all make me sick and feel even worse. i know there natural but you know lol.... :?
