I really appreciate all the replies. I know that we will always have to deal with anxiety but I guess it really is a matter of how we react to it that really makes the difference. Just this morning I lost my temper with my two young kids and yelled at them. My oldest daughter left for the bus crying...

Just curious, does anyone here feel like they have fully recovered after using this program. I haven't read much about that, or is it that once people really recover and move one with their lives, they visit here less often? After listening to these tapes, I have a high expectation of really recover...

Hi Michele, That does seem like an awful lot of drugs to be on. I am currently on 2 and have been for a while. I take 40 mg of Paxil and 25 mgs of Trazadone to help me sleep at night. I have never been on more than two. I am sorry that I don't have any answers for you, but you may want to get a 2nd ...

Hey, I was just listening to one of the CD's on my way to work and Lucinda spoke of this very thing. How it may be scary to start feeling good.

So know that it is normal to feel this way and go with it, enjoy it. It is all part of the healing process.

Congratulations!

That's a great attitude Mystikal1231... we are negative thinkers by nature now and we need to CHANGE that.

I am working on being positive myself. It is a hard habit to break. But like you, I am determined to do it.

Thanks for all the replies... I have found the workbook. It was a little overwhelming and I didn't notice it with all the CD's/DVD's.

I just started the CD's, haven't done any of the workbook yet but I am going to start. Here's to all our recoveries :)

I just ordered the program and just started the first CD, but where do I get this workbook that they keep referring to? Was it suppose to be part of the program or am I suppose to buy it separately. I looked on the web to find it, but nothing comes up.

Thanks.

Hi All, I am new here. Have been suffering with anxiety/panic and depression on and off for many, many years. I just ordered the Attacking Anxiety Program. Wanted to know how many of you have used and if you found it helpful. It is quite expensive, but my thought is you can't put a price tag on your...
