Stress Center Peer Support

Any advice on how to pick a professional besides going to the phone book, and picking one at random?

Can't anyone help me? I had a really bad attack yesterday, and am feeling extremely depressed today...

I'm considering going to a counselor as well as starting the Stress center's program. Is there a list available of doctor's who are knowledgeable about the program who I can visit in huntersville, nc (just north of charlotte, nc)? Thanks for any help. I've been suffering, and I mean suffering though...
