I am sad, not really bad, I can't take another Effexor-it makes me sick to even think of it though I know I should but I figure after the holidays...

Don't be scared everything is okay the meds are just starting to work. Talk to your dr. maybe they can give you something to elliviate you added panic.

Okay I have taken it twice, and it was weird because I had like little yet VERY STRONG panic attacks. I had apprehensions about taking it because I was afraid of getting sick or freaking out and then I did just that after taking a xanax .25.

Apparently, I need to just try it. Maybe the anticpation of the potential side-effects just has given me more anxiety.

My question is how were the side effects? Just cuz it says that vomitting can be one of them and that is an anxious episode just the idea of that!
