well, i have managed to let this go on so long, that i haven't been able to function, and in danger of losing my business and am so over my head in debt i don't know how to get out.. i am too stressed out to figure out how to get out of it.. some people don't have a real reason to have panic attacks ...

i am having the same problem. i am self employed and end up just sitting in front of the tv or computer all the time instead of getting work done. i sure hope this program will help me!!!
