I'm feeling good, have had my anxiety in check for the most part, but now am tackling a major change - a move. It's exciting, scary, CHANGE, etc. All those feeling we anxiety folks tend to shy from. I'm...

Nicki - wonderful news! Happy to have you back. I've dealt successfully with anxiety for years now, and find this site the BEST when I hit a speed bump. I'm currently working through the program again too - and battling the fact I've had to turn to meds temporarily to help me sleep. Look forward to ...

So since my anxiety has flared up this week, insomnia has been my biggest hurdle. I sleep for a little while and then wake up terrified in the middle of an anxiety attack. Then I can't get back to sleep and I wander around for hours, mind racing (I know many of you can relate). Besides feeling "spac...

Hey to everyone -- haven't been on in a while. I've been feeling REALLY GOOD the past few months until earlier this week. Trouble with my business, DH's job and general finance worries have kind of put me into a spin. You know how something that seemed fine a couple days ago now is like the ONLY thi...

Since starting back on Paxil a few weeks ago I haven't had any alcohol. I know you aren't supposed to drink heavily on SSRIs but does anyone have an occasional glass of wine or beer when in a social situation? Does it seem to affect you in a + or - way?
